Thank you everyone that came out for the fathers day event it was hot but I just wanted to make something special for all the dads. We even had one of our usual come all the way from Albuquerque with his family. And I also have to give a special thanks to a very special lady in my life that not only does she support me in my business but also helps me out even on a hot day like today. Jessica Palomino. We are local and we love giving back to our community much love and respect to all of our supporters from the you guys have an amazing fathers day tomorrow .

So today mark's our 6 years anniversary since my brother and I started our business (Heavy D's Grill). It had been a long time dream for me to have my own restaurant since I've always had a passion for food lol yeah that's why I was Heavy D. We started the dream of a 7x10 trailer that literally only had room for my bro and I then we got an opportunity at Sunland Park Mall then came covic and hit us like many other business but luckily we were able to get a chance inside one of the greatest shops of El Paso The Outlets Shoppes at El Paso even though things have gotten so much better Covic did affect us so much in delays In prices and it hasn't been easy but with your love and support will continue to keep my dream going. Want to take the time to thank my brother Felipe Rodriguez for helping me make my dream come true also want to thank Abel Eduardo Ortega he has been one of the biggest supporters of Heavy D's Grill also my parents for always having our backs and my girl Jessica Palomino for pushing me and supporting me when I was just about to throw in the towel my daughter Lisa Marie for always promoting us with all her friends and teachers. I love what I do and I hope Heavy D's Grill will go on for a very very long time much love to all our friends and customers with that being said I'll be on the Grill all day today feel free to stop by and say hi take some pictures with the Rodriguez Bro's 😎

Running a business after a pandemic is harder than ever. Prices of food products are still higher than ever no one wants to work bigger companies are paying top dollar but at the end of the day we stay hustleling to keep our business alive. We represent our home town of El Chuco and will continue to grow as long as you all continue to support our business so with that been said try to support any local business because if we are struggling with ours I'm sure others are struggling also thank you all for the support since the food truck days much love 🙏😎
