If you are looking for a highly academic and yet hands-on and fun in-person science class, be sure to take a look at my classes. I've been teaching science exclusively to homeschoolers for over 20 years and my passion and sense of humor make for a science class like no other.

This year I've had the amazing opportunity to work with a business called Step Ahead Gifted Academy. It is a school that works exclusively with highly intelligent children 9 and under. I had the kids do a lab where they had to find the velocities of Hot Wheels cars accelerated by 3 different forces. This table you're looking at was created by an 8 year old girl! She created it, organized it and did the math for it herself. Two other 8 year old collected the data for it. Just amazing!

Meet and Greet Caerus Academy

This week's quote comes from Sir Terry Pratchett's novel, The Science of Discworld:

Rob Rich is offering math classes at Caerus Academy for Homeschoolers. Mr. Rich has been a professional math teacher for over 20 years and is offering In-person math classes in Chapel Hill for middle and high school students.

In the upcoming school year he will be offering Pre-Algebra, Algebra 1, Geometry, and Algebra 2. There are currently openings in each of these classes and additional students are welcome. Class size for each course will be capped at ten.

“You re-lit my love for math” wrote one of Mr. Rich’s students last month in an end-of-year thank-you note. Another wrote “I learned more than I ever dreamed”. This is why we teach! To bring the subjects to life for our students.

Mr. Rich’s goal each year is to offer his students:
