The NFL season is finally here so don't forget to come down to the Sunshine Cottage and get your BBQ today. We have brisket, pulled pork, smoked wings, and of course our BBQ Nachos. Come on out and see us we will be here today from 11-3.

Don't forget we will be out at the Sunshine Cottage this Sunday to supply you with all of your BBQ cravings before the NFL games start. We will have our normal menu on Sunday so be sure to stop by and get your BBQ fix.

Just to let everyone know we are shifting to adjust for the NFL season by being set up on Sundays this season. We will still be set up at the Sunshine Cottage across from the High School in Clever.

For just the occasion of opening weekend of the NFL season we will have some special to go orders for this weekend. We will have a family meal deal which will come with 3 lbs of pulled pork, two sides, and a package of buns for $30. We will also have wing orders available for this weekend but all orders for the family meals and wings must be placed by 8 PM on Thursday. For all wing orders please message us for pricing.

We are looking forward to another great football season and hope to be your choice for the party.

Hey just wanted to remind everyone that we are out at the Clever Car Show and we have breakfast hot and ready to eat. Come get some biscuits and gravy or a breakfast burrito. We will be switching over to BBQ around 10:30.

Update: We will actually be at the 2022 Eggfest in Nixa at the Outdoor Home on 9/24/2022 so we have move the Brisket and Chicken class to 10/17/2022.

We have had a bunch of people ask over the last few years about us doing classes. We will be holding two classes and if you are interested please message us so we can get you signed up. Classes are limited to the first 20 people.

Here is our new menu, this will be our normal from now on.

We are all set up and ready for the Clever Freedom Festival at the High School. Come on out we are running a limited menu tonight but at a discounted price. We have pulled pork sandwiches with a bag of chips for $8 and smoked cheddar brats with chips for $7. We also have Coke, Dr Pepper, Mt Dew, and Water bottles for $1.

Just to let everyone know we will be set up this weekend at the Clever Freedom Festival this Saturday. This is being held at the Clever High School and we will begin serving food at 5 PM. We will be running special pulled pork sandwich and brat meals this weekend. These will come with a bag of chips and drinks will be available also for $1.

Well that’s another competition in the books for us. We had an outstanding time Ozarks BBQ Fest this year. We improved so much from last year from being close to last place in all meat categories to finishing overall 16th out of 31 teams. We had a 1st place finish in margaritas, 2nd place in Bloody Marys, 2nd place in anything but meat dessert, and we also had our first call in a meat category with a 7th place Pork call and it was on our brand new Big Red Drum Smoker.
