First cutting orchard grass and alfalfa mix filling up the barn today! This is beautiful hay very dry and smells delicious!

Hay update:
We have about half of our first cutting hay done. We plan to bale again this coming weekend!

Our good friend Kody Harris is moving on to do an internship for school this summer. Friday was his last official day as a member of the Hoof Development team. It has been a fun three years. We pushed each other to be better farriers and stronger men of Christ. As iron sharpens iron (Proverbs 27:17). I know that the future is bright for this guy! We capped it off with a draft horse trim and a trip to the ice cream shop with the fam.
