Janet Klein and Robert Loveless received an award from Alhambra awhile back after we refurbished and painted her home. Mostly the paint details dramatically improved the curb appeal and made it an example to the community.

It is with deep regret that I inform you of Tragic loss of a dear friend and longtime collaborator in dealing with old homes. John was a very unique individual with a brilliant mind and gifted with so many abilities, from carpentry to restoring old cars, from playing bass in his own heavy metal band to building my van out to being a dad of two beautiful girls. Truly, it’s hard to express what loss this is. He suffered plenty and now he will Rock on in power!

After three months, the transformation is nearly complete. Full restoration of features and repaint. Bringing another Pasadena gem up to standards.

Pergola is complete, including fresh, millwork lattice. All original wood was stripped and everything primed and finished with multiple coats of Benjamin Moore- Aura- satin finish
