Family owned and operated, Kong Vacation Homes offers single-family rental homes in popular vacation spots, such as Tampa Bay and Hallandale Beach, Florida, making them perfect for business or family travel. Our vacation homes are impeccably clean, fully furnished, and beautifully designed with your comfort in mind. Amenities include a complimentary gift basket, state of the art security service, smart TVs and gaming systems, fully stocked kitchens, in-home washers and dryers, and more. Some homes also have pools/hot tubs, outdoor living areas, and fenced yards.
All of our vacation homes feature Vivint Smart Home Security Systems (https://www.vivint.com/) , for our guests' safety, security, and peace of mind. The system consists of a control panel with a state-of-the-art color touchscreen, wireless security sensors that provide home security protection, and wireless smoke and carbon monoxide detectors that provide fire protection. Additionally, optional peripheral network devices, such as door locks, video cameras, thermostats, and outlet modules, may be installed in your rental home to enhance your safety and comfort.
If there's ever an emergency maintenance issue, our guests can rely on prompt service from our partners at Homee On Demand (http://www.homeeondemand.com/) . Experienced handyman, electricians, plumbers, and HVAC professionals, who are pre-approved and operate locally, will be dispatched to your vacation home to assist you within 30 minutes.
