Curvable tie plates are coming soon!
Test etch of tie plates that can be made into any curve was a success!
Tie bases will have more location holes. The tie base shown does not.
This will work with turnout tie plates as well. We will run a test etch to make sure before making them available for turnouts.

New Roadmaster Series tie base system.
Tie bases designed to be used with all Roadmaster Series tie plates.
Holes strategically placed allow each tie plate etch to be precisely placed onto tie base with supplied pins, automatically gauging itself.
Attaching rail to tie plate etch with adhesive. One dot of solder paste is used on one tie plate to electrically connect rail to tie plate, adhesive attaches the rest of the rail per etch.
Heavy Freight straight track is shown here. Lay 16 inches of track in minutes, not hours. No more pc board ties.
All tie plates listed are in transit from etching firm!

Custom HO #6 wye code 100 made from customer's tracing of existing track from commercial turnout. Oak Hill version blended the curved track to flow smoother, while allowing for flawless performance.
New Roadmaster tie rods will be added soon for code 100 rail.

Custom designed #6 wye code 100. Drawn from tracing. This track has many bends to it. Customer already had tracks in front and back installed. One end going into a tunnel. Flows nicely. Much better than track he had. I eliminated the shares curves and broadened them out.

Custom jobs will go much faster with tie bases. I will no longer have to handlay ties, especially for custom jobs like this custom wye. New Roadmaster Series only use tie bases and tie plates.

laser cut wood tie bases designed to attach tie plates quickly and with precise accuracy, ending the need to use a NMRA gauge.
tie plates that are all connected. No need to lay each tie plate individually any more!
cast frog for each turnout
tie rods for controlling points
rail is cut, bent and points formed for you
Modeler can put together with no tools required other than soldering iron to solder rail under one tie plate for each section for electrical conductivity!

I was frustrated with the availability of kits to make turnouts quickly and easily. Commercially available turnouts are not prototypically accurate, are made of plastic, and have unsightly details that I wanted to avoid. I did not want to buy more tools than I already had to build turnouts and track work. I wanted to design and build products that look and function like the real thing. I supply turnouts and track work with unparalleled detail and accuracy. All my kits are designed to allow a modeler of any skill level the ability to build museum quality turnouts and track themselves.
I will be unveiling a totally new product line at the St. Louis RPM on July 20th, 2018. I will only be using parts that I design for future products.
All my products are proudly made in the U.S.A!
