My first appointment with a fantastic woman physician happened Monday. While discussing my medical history, and a checklist relevant to determine optimal care, a question came up concerning two particular organs located near the pelvis (ovaries).
after a couple more questions, I said “I don’t have ovaries!”
She was actually startled and kind of said huh? I said I was born a male.
One of the best moments of my life.
