We gathered together with the intention to experience, expand, and energize our cells and bodies, minds. 🤍

Inspired by the waning moon 🌙 and the Autumnal Equinox, we curated a collection of 4 recipes around the themes of transmutation of negative energy to positive energies, letting go of what no longer serves, abundance and gratitude. 🙏

In addition , we offered a short breathwork experience and a grounding meditation, as well as an adaptagentic tea ritual, and all of this all sparked incredible conversations and connections between our little community. 🙏
