How it started verses how it is going. Day One or Oneday?
So much has happened in the last 112 days. I have changed my health, my home location, my boundaries, my circle, and my mindset. I aquired a dream of mine which is to have my own studio in my backyard. I got rid of A LOT of junk throughout this process.
40 pounds lighter.
Crazy amount of inches lost.
Skin, hair and nails are all stronger and healthier.
No more health issues that had me in the Emergency Room.
No more gut issues. No more inflammation. No more feeling lethargic and drained every single day before I even got out of bed.
To think that if I wouldn't have made these changes where I would STILL be.
Change is hard. Change is scary, but what is even harder and scarier is staying stuck in the same junk you've been stuck in. Try something new. you are worth the try.
