This Vinyl Plank Flooring by United
Weavers is so pretty in person, pictures do it no justice.
Sorry guys, I've slacked big time with posting updates. Life with kids has been super busy! The finished basement has been a work in progress, as of now all rooms have the electric they need, framing is complete, drywall is finished and rooms are painted! Currently door frames are being hung and the floor will then be laid, followed by trim. Stay tuned!
Today Justin started the framing for a finished basement..stay tuned!
Another deck, another happy customer! The Castleberry's now have a safe space to hang out this summer!
From this to that, Soumaya's floor is finished!
Justin started laying this flooring on Wednesday and it's looking pretty good. Not too much farther to go and it'll be ready for grout.
Hey friends! As you can tell by the lack of posting, business has been slower than usual. We've prayed hard and put it in God's hands- knowing the timing was really on him. Blessed of him is an understatement, as business is starting to pick back up. We are very thankful for those who've prayed with us, for our friends and family sharing our business and for our returning customers- who continue using us for their projects.
I'm really proud of Justin for not giving up (this side of self-employment is the testimony of one's faith and mental state). He's put in countless hours for estimates and even when nothing turns up, he finds another stone to turn over. His stride really does influence me, more than he knows.
That being said, we are happy to announce that we are currently booked out until June.
The Mastronardos yearly spring cleanup included adding a couple more peach trees and a few hydrangeas.
We are so ready to exchange that hour of sleep for warmer temps! Don't forget to set your clocks forward tonight. (Especially your car clock, I always forget about that one! 😆)
Justin installed a new a tub and shower walls for the Allen's, as well as water lines and a dryer vent, so that they can have their washer and dryer on the second floor. He then added new trim to the entire bathroom.
(Homeowner plans to paint 😊)
A new set of deck steps for the Kempers!
Here are a few pictures from helping a friend pour a sidewalk for his home a few weeks ago..
I love how this bathroom remodel turned out!
Justin converted the Allen's half bath into a full bath with a stand-up shower, so now when the in-laws stay, there is no worry of having to go up steps!
From our family to yours, we wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
Before pictures weren't taken for either of these jobs.
The first two photos are from a beam replacement; the old beam had split, causing a lot of settlement to the house and in return causing problems within the home.
The last three photos show two can lights being removed from the ceiling, drywall replaced, ceiling was painted and a fan was hung.
The transformation pictures speak for themselves! Before we jacked the porch up it was literally pulling away from house and taking the face of it with it. Now that the porch is properly supported (see pervious posts) things are starting to settle back into place. We'll give it another week to allow for more settlement before making proper decisions for the masonry repair.
We are so appreciative of all of our followers, our business wouldn't be what it is without you!
Your opinions matter and we would love to hear from you! If we've done work for you, would you please consider clicking on the reviews section and take a moment to leave us feedback?
Thank you in advance! 🙂
And the piers have set up!
Over the course of last week we dug out and jacked up the porch to where it needed to be, then poured 16" concrete piers to help support it. Now to back fill and prepare the driveway for the concrete truck tomorrow.
Today we started on a driveway repair along with a concrete porch repair for the Baron's. Unfortunately when the porch was poured there were no footings poured prior, resulting in the porch settling.
Jamie and Ákos now have a safe deck to enjoy!
Demo work has begun on Ákos and Jamie's deck!
The Setser family can now enjoy their new spacious deck!!
