We had an exciting week last week! The new Iowa Pork Tent, one of our builds from last summer won a national award at the NFBA conference.

We are pleased to have collaborated with GTG Companies and Studio MELEE on this project.

Exciting News from Freedom for Youth Children’s Center!

We are excited to finish phase 1 of the Freedom for Youth Children’s Center. Freedom provides after school and summer youth programs devoted to building skills and confidence in school, preparing for future employment, and to grow future leaders. The new space will tear down a barrier by enabling Freedom to extend their reach from 80 children to 400 children each weekday.

This expansion has been successful through the generous support of many volunteers, donors, and the amazing financial support by many local design and construction partners, including; ISG Architecture & Engineering, Vanderpool Construction, All Star Concrete, Jordison Construction, Blue Ribbon Builders, Dahl Air Conditioning & Heating, ForSure Roofing, Foundation Services, US Erectors, Vision Electric, Beisser Lumber, PDM Precast, Gilcrest Jewett Lumber, and Anderson Windows.

Throw back to when it was 70 and sunny! ☀️🐷

We teamed up with one of our trade partners GTG Companies to provide an Energy Panel Structures, Inc - EPS building for the new Iowa Pork Tent at the Iowa State Fairgrounds this past summer.

Fun Fact - this building sold a total of 50,390 Pork Chops on a stick at the 2023 IA State Fair!

Blue Ribbon Builders has been working with Estes Construction as a trade partner to help erect the building for Freedom for Youth's new Children's Center. Freedom for Youth offers wonderful opportunities for young Iowans!

Along with Energy Panel Structures, Inc - EPS - we were able to provide them with a quality pre-engineered SIPs structure. 🛠

Progress at one of our Lagoon projects!

Work is coming along! This Lagoon project should be up and running soon 👷‍♂️

GTG teamed up with one of our partner contractors Blue Ribbon Builders as well as many subcontractors to build the Iowa Pork Producers at the State Fair Grounds. Please stop by this year and support this great, non-profit organization. Studio MELEE did the design in this project and it turned out perfect. Final product looks exactly like the renderings.
Also a huge shoot out of Kelsey Sutter with IPPA. She has been working on this for many years and she got it to completion.
