Let’s celebrate FREEDOM FOR ALL today. For me it’s the beginning of a trek up north, for the better part of July and August. Right now on my way to Play and cook for the homeless on the streets of Charleston, South Carolina. Managed the trip totally without an inch of interstate. Took us an extra 20 minutes, but sooo worth it. Down this road, the woods got thicker and then canopied into the dark Savannah. When we hit the Harriott Tubman Bridge, we burst from the forest like freedom itself, onto the huge open expanse of grass and tidal pools. I love the path I’ve chosen. And I’m glad to be back at it. Now I gotta go set someone free!
