With everyone's kiddos heading back to school on the east coast I figured what a good time to spotlight a teacher friend (of a fellow It Works distributor), Baylee Hart! Baylee is a 2nd grade teacher, she's passionate about what she does and it's evident! Baylee joined It Works in May of 2014 while she was finishing up her schooling and internship. HERE GOES... Below is the transformation I have made over the past 15 months. I never thought that I would have the courage to share this picture with you all, but I am no longer living in fear. This is me, this is who I truly am.

I reached an all time high of 380 pounds in January of 2014 and I was truly miserable. I was constantly in fear because of my weight. Think about it, I had to get an extender at the airport to fit the seat, I couldn't shop in regular stores for clothes, theme parks weren't an option, certain restaurant booths did not work for me and the list goes on and on. I wasn't living, I was existing. I've always been a happy person, so I cannot say that I was depressed, but I knew that I wanted more out of life. I knew that being this big was not something that I wanted to be for the rest of my life.

I remember the day that I decided to change my life. Planet Fitness was being put into the old Walmart in Anderson and I decided when that place opened, I was going for it and that's exactly what I did. I had a lot of weight to lose, so going to the gym 2-3 times a week and changing my eating habits helped me lose my first 75 pounds in 6 months. I was blown away. It sparked something inside me that I still rely on to this day to keep moving forward. After 8 months and 90 pounds I hit a plateau. This is when Erin Tweed reached out me about It Works and I decided to give the products a try. I used It Works products for the next 6 months and lost another 65 pounds! I can HONESTLY say that this company has changed my life in so many ways. You can imagine the amount of skin I had after losing a total of 170 pounds. Here are Stephanie's personal results from our skin care line and here's what she says about her routine: "So here is my skin care routine
Cleanser- twice a day. I use a little more than a quarter size amount.
Toner- I apply after cleanser. I use 5 sprays (just for ocd purpose. There's no science to that part hehe) I rub it in after! Otherwise I feel like it makes me look really shiny if I just let it dry!
Preventage- used after cleanser/toner in the am. I use a little more than a pea sized amount. (A pea and a half?)
Repairage- used after cleanser/toner in the pm! Also a little more than a pea sized amount!
Exfoliating Peel- I use every 3 days. I use about 3 pumps and scrub face gently. I let it sit on for about 15 min. (Sometimes more depending on how distracted I get)

I have not used a facial yet, but that is next on my list!
