Been to Revival ( ) for coffee and breakfast a few times but finally made it over to it’s nighttime alter ego, mothership ( )… The food, cocktails, and especially the service were excellent.

A play on The Gold Rush …

1 oz Honey Syrup
1 oz Yuzu Lemon dry Curacao
1 muddled raw sugar cube
6 dashes of Turkish To***co Bitters

Muddle bitters and sugar cube, add in Yuzu and honey syrup, stir.
Add large ice cube to a rocks glass.
Chill 4 oz of bourbon by stirring with ice (20 sec.), pour over large ice cube.
Garnish with a dried lemon slice.
Enjoy.

1.5 oz of bourbon (Heaven Hill, bottled in bond)75 oz if St Elder blood Orange Liqueur75 oz of spiced simple syrup 75 oz if fresh squeezed lime juice
1 egg white
🍹
Dry shake with all ingredients to foam
Shake with ice to chill
Double strain.
Garnish with a lime coin, or garnish of your choice.
