Yesterday our agents went out to go apprehend Mr. Dennis Louis Babcock. Once agents arrive Mr. Babcock used violence to barricade himself in his house and threaten to kill our agents. When local PD arrived they were nice enough to put eyes on the place from a distance and capture him while he was trying to move locations. Local PD assisting us is ALWAYS appreciated and welcomed. Was wanted on a DWI warrant. When we approached Mr. Morales-Hernandez he mentioned his 2 yr old son was going to be unattended if we brought him to jail (usually not our problem). However we are known for our hospitality when it’s due IF it’s deserved. We figured out how to get his warrant taken care of without having to take him away from his responsibilities as a parent. He was very appreciative of our efforts and we are happy to help him take care of his warrant while still being able to be a father.

Was wanted out of Ramsey county with felony warrants in relation to violating a No Contact Order. He was apprehended out in Brooklyn Center and transported to Ramsey safely and even fed lunch by our agents.

Was apprehended by our agents this morning in the area of Minnehaha Ave in a relatives apartment. The first attempts to make contact weren’t too appealing to them, agents then had to use door rams to persuade them to come nicely.

Mr Boldt was wanted on (but not limited) to possession charges and DWI.

Everyone was safe at the end of the day and Mr Boldt was transported to Dakota County.

Brandon Clark Benjamin

Was wanted out of Pine County and apprehended by our agents late this evening around 6:00 out in Pine County. Mr. Benjamin was wanted (on but not limited to)
Felony domestic assault, with 4 active warrants. Mr. Benjamin was found hiding in his closet after agents made entry to his household.

He was safely transported to Pine County with no issues.

Was wanted out of Ramsey, Hennepin and Dakota county for.
Assault 2nd degree with dangerous weapon.

Jasmine was apprehended by our agents around 5:30pm Tuesday evening in the Audenn Apts in Bloomington at her mothers place. She was transported to Ramsey county safely.

Mr. Eric Rodriguez was apprehended last night with no issues, he actually turned himself into us after work.

Mr. Rodriguez was wanted on (but not limited to) DWI. Although we know and understand that this isn’t a “serious or violent” crime, Mr. Rodriguez had failed to comply with the conditions of his release and therefore got him back to square one.

Abubakar Abdi was apprehended earlier this morning with no issues. He was wanted on (but not limited) Conspiracy to theft by swindle, card transaction fraud. He was respectful and transported to DCSO.

Was wanted out of St. Louis County on (but not limited to)

5th degree possession of a controlled substance.

Obstructing legal process.

Mr. Zornes was found up about 4hrs North of the Twin Cities. He was no hassle and very respectful.

By our agents late last night.

She was wanted out of Anoka County and known to frequent areas of Minneapolis MN.

She was wanted on

1. Felony: Receiving Stolen Property

In addition she is also on hold for the Hennepin County Sheriff’s Office.

Was apprehended by our agents this afternoon shortly after jumping out a window, onto a 2nd story rooftop, then to the ground. He attempted to avoid agents on foot by taking a plunge into the Rum River. Lucky for him agents were able to convince him to swim to shore before reaching the dangerous rapids of the Mississippi River. He thanked Agents for talking him out of the dangerous situation and was very respectful as a result. Agents provided him with a towel and the opportunity to change into dry clothes before proceeding to jail.
