The Valent Team was so excited for the opportunity to lend a helping hand to the Hargis Christian Camp yesterday. With a lot of paint and a little elbow grease, we had so much fun helping prepare the facilities for the upcoming summer camp!

Our beloved friend and colleague Leticia Tatum passed away in November of 2023. Leticia served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Valent Group and was such an integral part of our Valent family. Her empathy and compassion made her an amazing friend, colleague and employee advocate.

Leticia was an ambitious woman who lived life to the fullest. She enjoyed traveling with her Husband, Doug, and spending time with their dogs Mango and Maci. In her career, Leticia was driven not just for success, but for fulfillment in helping people.

At Valent Group, Leticia made it her mission to make us the best place to work. Leticia was such a strong leader and advocate for our people. Her passion for employee growth and success made her not only great at her job, but a great friend to everyone she worked with. The amazingly consistent positive attitude that she brought to our office is something that truly was an incredible example for us all. The Valent family will miss her dearly, but we join together as many others do to celebrate her incredible life.
