It’s so hot in the studio I’m starting to see faces 😁

Finished a couple more bracelets last night - the Royston Ribbon Turquoise on the left end and the Australian Variscite on the right. These are all statement pieces, so I’ll be making some scaled down versions for those who like the look but want it on the smaller side.

Can’t wait to get out to San Diego for the Open Barn At Milly’s Place on 6/15. It’s hot here in Tucson so expect more poolside photo shots till then!

Like I mentioned in the last reel, these bracelets are very versatile. The Sterling Silver & Turquoise focal is removable and can be used on hat bands, Wild Rags, bandanas and more.

Late night at the workbench - wanted to get this gorgeous hunk of Royston Turquoise set before I called it a night. Tomorrow I’ll do a little clean up in better light. This triple leather wrap bracelet will be with me at the Open Barn at on 6/15.

Baja Daisy Bolo Tie - Baja Turquoise & Sterling Silver. I’ll have this with me at on 6-15.

All the vendors for the Open Barn at Milly’s Place are hard at work getting ready for the event. Hope you can join us on June 15th to check out the beautiful rescue facility, meet the horses and donkeys they’ve saved and learn more about Milly’s mission to find them loving homes. You’ll also be able to shop with craft and artisan vendors, pick up some amazing baked goods & confections, grab some lunch, and support the local Optimist Club and VCHS football teams. Sounds like a good day!

This bolo tie - we have a love/hate relationship going on. This piece seemed something simple for me at the beginning, but the universe sent every silver smithing test my way while making it. I will wear my scars with honor.😉

Regardless, I do love how it turned out.

Happy day! It’s Friday and a fresh batch of business cards and stamps have arrived. Nothing better than new stationary.

More blossom earrings in Sterling Silver.

Wrapped up earrings earlier than I thought… so it’s time for a break before I head back to the studio. Making these flowers gave me an idea I want to experiment with. Extra time = fun time. I’ll have these earrings with me at the show at in Catalina, AZ on 6/8. Hope you can join us… there’s some terrific local artists that will set up!

Another glimpse of the vendors at the upcoming Open Barn at Milly’s Place on June 15th. is a non-profit equine rescue in Valley Center, CA that does amazing work. I hope you can come join us. You’ll see the facility and animals and learn about how Milly’s Place saves and rehabilitates these beautiful creatures. You’ll also get to enjoy a great line up of vendors, crafts, activities, food and… donkeys & horses!

Drove up North to spend the evening visiting with my extended family and celebrating last night. I miss the big family gatherings we used to have when I was a kid. It felt great to see everyone and to just hang out under the stars and laugh and talk all night. ❤️

In the studio getting ready for the shows in June at on June 8th in Catalina, AZ and in Valley Center, CA on June 15th. Both of these horse pendants are spoken for (one is at its new home in TX and the other will be donated to Milly’s Place for an auction benefiting the rescue). I’m thing of making a couple more for the shows.

Here are the pieces featured in the reel this morning, finished and ready for their new home. The stone on the Abundance Necklace is a beautiful Carico Lake Turquoise. I will have the necklaces with me at the show on June 8th, while the Holdren Harts are on their way to Ohio.

On the workbench this morning: Charms for the “Tarot” necklace, a set of commissioned “Holdren” heart charms, (I honestly can’t remember how many of these I’ve made for the family!) and an “Abundance” pendant. Works in progress.
