We are growing and need to start looking at adding to our volunteer base! Since we are a 501c3 nonprofit, many of our positions are volunteer. We do offer small stipends for some positions.

This so true. We strive to get to know each person in our audition process to make the best fit for the role. We want to teach children especially how to go through the audition interview process, and in turn they grow more confident each time we see them.
