The Mind Yourself Program at the University of Abuja held an educational NaijaCore experience that empowered young Mental Health Leaders through engaging discussions where we explored physical well-being and resilience via zero equipment mindful movement practices like Yoga and Calisthenics.

We learned about anatomy and the relationship of how physical movements help us understand our bodies and minds more intimately.

It was truly a transformative experience that provided an in-depth understanding of NaijaCore practices. We
cant wait for more empowering experiences like this in the future!
