AccessOne team members in Springfield, Oregon recently participated in a by United Way to help out one of our local non-profit organizations in Eugene. Our team of volunteers included Cassidi Ross, Mikey Fox, Deborah Wise, Gracie Adams, Stephanie Paddock, Kory Ellsworth and Jessie Graham. They spent the day painting the storage sheds for Greenhill that will be used as a drop-off and pick-up for donated animal supplies for those in need.

Josh was born and raised in Rock Hill, S.C., and brings 10+ years of revenue cycle management, project management, and client management experience to AccessOne.

Josh is ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ and we are thrilled to have him on board the AccessOne team.

Along with his outgoing personality and his ability to empathize with patients and clients alike, his skillset aligns closely with AccessOne’s mission of excellence for our clients.

This was the first time we have been onsite with University of Mississippi Medical Center. We onboarded them fully remote during a pandemic. It was a huge success story for us and them. But there's nothing like connecting with customers in person.

We conducted two sets of training with the Customer Service Team & then met with them on how we can continue optimize their patient financing program with our extensions.

Shoutout to the fabulous UMMC team: Deshawndra Thomas Allen, revenue cycle director - SBO, Debra Dear, manager of customer service), and Frances Spann, manager revenue cycle operations - self pay.
