What does happiness in a big bowl look like? It looks like warm chicken Mediterranean Pasta bursting with color and flavor!! Kissed all over in Italian dressing and laced with shaved Parmesan.

" So who is Ursula? " It's the first question I am always asked when people see my packaging but I look nothing like her. Ursula was my mother in law, a huge part of my life and the person who is responsible for developing this deep love and passion I have for food. She taught me how to love the food, she taught me to respect the food and above all she taught me that when you love your family as much as she did, you could put the love into the food. Mom was everything to me. We lost her three years ago to cancer but she will never be gone because we carry her love into our business and she is there every step of the way. There are days when I swear I can feel her behind me with the " did you cream that correctly? " Or " no that's not right start again and this time do it right! " " Does that look like something you want to serve? Are you proud of it? " I think of these things every time I bake. I can't tell you how many cookies I have tossed out because the edges weren't just so or they seemed a little to dark. Cakes that weren't perfect in the middle for whatever reason. Everything we do in Ursula's Kitchen is done with love, pride and a view to getting
people to taste the love. I have a big name to live up to and I'm not about to let her down. I am Ursula’s and I cook with love.
