Along with being part of a team that helps with prep, set up, food and drink service, breaking down events, and clean up.

Greenhollow is looking for team members that have a strong work ethic, love the service and hospitality industry, and have a desire to provide the highest level of care and service to our clients. A strong sense of urgency and hustle is a must.

Core Position Duties and Responsibilities:
* Prepping and loading for events.
* Set-up, ex*****on, and breakdown of events at some of Utah’s most stunning venues.
* Loading, unloading, and clean up after events.
* Professional and enthusiastic interaction with all parties involved at event (Clients, Venue Staff, Vendors, Planners, Guests).

Preferred Qualifications:
* Drivers license
* Reliable transportation
* No prior catering, hotel, or banquet experience is needed! We love to teach/train motivated individuals.
* HUSTLE!

Physical Qualifications:
* Able to be on your feet for extended periods of time.
* Assist with the loading and unloading of vehicles.
* Frequently lift/carry up to 25lbs.
* Occasionally lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
* Climb stairs

Pay:
* $13.00 - $15.00 per hour starting.

Job Types:
* Full-time
* Part-time

Schedule:
* Eight(8)hour shift
* 10 hour shift
* 12 hour shift
* Evening Shifts
* Weekend Availability

License/Certification:
* State of Utah Food Handlers Permit (Must have or acquire within one week of hire date.)

We want to give a big thank to for letting us be a part of such a momentous occasion last week. Reaching 100 years only happens once! For that we are beyond grateful to have been invited to celebrate with you and provide food for such an incredible group of people!

It’s officially summer! Which means it’s BBQ season! We are getting pretty booked but we still have some availability this summer so reach out to us asap so we can get your next big bbq scheduled!

We get to bake our favorite desserts in the fall. This is our Pumpkin Shortcake. Delicately spiced pumpkin cake topped with house-made salted caramel, candied pecans, and lightly sweetened vanilla whipped cream.

This evening, we did a wedding luncheon drop-off in South Jordan.

A light, fresh green salad is the perfect way to begin any meal.

Our poached salmon with rice pilaf is bright, deliciously flavored entree, perfect for your next corporate or family event.

Chicken Saltimbocca is a delightful alternative to Chicken Cordon Bleu. Stuffed with prosciutto, havarti cheese, and a leaf of fresh sage, baked and served with a light caper sauce; it’s a crowd-pleaser!
