First mock up complete. This 582cu.in. Nitrous breathing Big Block Chevy is about ready for final assembly in a couple weeks. This AERA Engine Builders Association EREF raffle engine for PRI 2024 will be a good one, Callies Performance Products crank and rods are connected to a set of MAHLE Motorsport North America pistons and all this compression is sealed up by Total Seal Piston Rings. Using none other than SCE Gaskets and P1 Manufacturing head studs to seal the combustion process. Moving the valves starts at the custom Comp Cam then transferred to a beautiful set of Morel Lifters, custom pushrods and a set of Jesel Valvetrain Innovation shaft rocker to get everything out of this monster. The AERA 582cu.in. Big block is taking a ride in the Rottler H85AX CNC hone today getting sized up for its Mahle Motorsports pistons. Don’t forget, tickets for this raffle engine will be available soon, we will keep you posted.
We are upgrading the lifters to a .904 Morel solid roller on this raffle engine for this years PRI engine. Very impressed with the BluePrint Engines block, everything probed very straight and in location including deck, bores and lifters.
SCE gaskets!!! We use this version and many others, very nice set up.
Some more work going on today on the AERA Engine Builders Association 582BBC for PRI 2024. All proceeds go to the EREF fund supporting education.
It’s go time. This will be your 2024 PRI EREF AERA Engine Builders Association raffle engine. This Nitrous breathing 582cu.in. Big block Chevy will be something you will want a ticket for. Starting with a BluePrint Engines cast block, Callie’s Magnum 8CW crank, Callie’s rods, Mahle pistons, Total Seal rings, Comp Cams, SCE gaskets, Fluidampr, Melling, Morel lifters, MSD, NOS, Edelbrock, Point 1 head studs, AFR heads, Jesel shaft rockers and many more venders have stepped up with needed items. Machine work starts now and it will start going together very soon. We will announce when ticket sales start.
This pack of Coyotes are here for an upgrade, all new Darton sleeves are going in for added strength and durability for the boost that is being used on these builds.

This LS 442 dirt late model build is all freshened up and ready for action. 1800 laps and it looked really good inside.

This SR20 block is saved and ready for battle another day!!
This SR20 had a bad spot where someone had cut across an oil ring sealing area. We welded it up and now are re-machining the front of the block.
A Red Diamond and a Cat C-10 taking a ride today in the Rottler S86A surfacer.
LSX 442 drag build ready for some boost. Fairly new short block had some issue’s turn up right away so we came in and done all necessary repair work and added some new MAHLE Motorsport North America pistons, new Victory Ti valves, Rev exhaust valves and it’s ready for service again.
Dart LS 427 short block ready for some big boost and big power numbers. This build will be using a set of Frankenstein M311 heads, custom cam and valve train. Block was fully blueprinted, CNC Diamond honed, deck to our spec, aling honed, 1/2 head studs, fully balanced and Total Seal rings gapped for big boost. Customer is shooting for 1500+RWHP.
This new Dart LS SHP is receiving a 1/2” and 3/8 head stud upgrade to handle the 40psi it’s fixing to receive. The new P1 Manufacturing head stud kit will hold it all in!!

This newly freshened 355 derby build has cashed a lot of checked through the years. It was time for freshening and updates, all wrapped up on the dyno and heading back to North Dakota.
This Dart SHP block is being prepared to go into battle for derby use. CNC Diamond hone, deck height set, piston cooling jets installed and regular race block prep work.
Another 355 full roller derby engine about to hit the dyno today for a proper break in then tune.
