Hengst Landscape is looking for an Administrative Assistant. Job duties include performing secretarial work, providing senior managers with day-to-day administrative support, scheduling, and managing correspondence. The position is remote; however, travel to/from Winter Springs/Oviedo may be required from time to time. Position is flexible, with part-time or full-time options.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years experience as an Administrative Assistant
- Extensive experience in Microsoft Office products and Quickbooks software
- Advanced typing, note-taking, recordkeeping, and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to manage internal and external correspondence
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
