March 8th 🍷
In this Women International Day thanks to all the women in the wine industry and special Thank You to all my women wine producers. As a fact, more than half of my wine portfolio is produced by women wine makers.

To: Anna Maria Cruciata from Val di Toro and Anna Giovanna Di Ludovico from Coste di Brenta,
Although I don’t have a current picture with you I thank you for producing some of the best Italian wines in the world. I enjoyed all the dinners we had together featuring your respective wines.

🍷
Reading poetry and sipping wine is always fun in winter. ⛄️
Thanks to award-winning poet and teacher Linda Carney-Goodrich and Erik Gehring, director of MAC for organizing the event.
Special thanks to all the amazing people that participated and passionately recited poetry.
A few memorable lines
… One must have a mind of winter - Wallace Stevens
… There is more than glass between the snow and the huge roses - Louis Macneice
… What did I know, what did I know of love’s austere and lonely offices? - Robert Hayden
… I want to be improbable beautiful and afraid of nothing, as though I had wings - Mary Oliver
… and would come into my study to kiss me, despite mistake after mistake after
mistake - Michael Ryan

Tintilia del Molise 🍷
Back in Boston with this rare 2018 Tintilia del Molise from San Zenone.
Molise is the second-smallest region on the Adriatic coast and one of the most underrepresented wine regions in the U.S.
Tintilia, a low yield grape, almost disappeared as a variety, and despite efforts to revive its production, it still remains a rare grape.
Tintilia del Molise is a rich ruby-red, full bodied wine, with distinguished flavors of plums, sour cherries, and black pepper.
Although its origins are still disputed between Spanish and Italians, what matters is the quality of the wine in the bottle. Without hesitation, San Zenone makes one of the best Tintilia in this small region.
Complimenti! Gezuar! 🍷

A pleasant visit to Chateau de Bosc meeting with our French producer Guillaume Reynard.

Chateau de Bosc is situated between Le Pont D’Avignon and Le Pont du Gard in the Rhône Valley area.

Guillaume, who inherited his wine making skills from his father Claude - is one of the leading producers of biological and certified organic wines from Côtes du Rhône.

In addition to fine wine, Chateau de Bosc also offers an educational and entertaining experience with its Bicycle and Motorcycle Museum.

Proud of this relationship. All the Chateau de Bosc wines are already available in Boston.

A hot day in Cambridge? What’s better than a Reguta Pinot Grigio from Friuli restaurant. 🥂
Delicate, intense, fresh and fruity with floral characteristics. Ideal as an aperitif. Perfect pairing with sea food, salads, especially with rich and savory soups.
