I am beyond SOULSTOKED to share that upon my return from India this summer I will be leading the upcoming ✨200 Hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training , June 21 - September 29, 2019 in La Mesa, CA ✨
Facilitating a yoga teacher training has been on my manifestation board for the past couple years. I am incredibly humbled and grateful for the opportunity to be turning this dream into a reality in just a few short months! Whether you aspire to teach classes or simply want to refine, deepen or even just start a personal practice with a strong foundation and understanding, this is for you
🦋 Join me on Saturday April 13 @ 1:30 PM to learn more about this exciting upcoming offering at our FREE INFO SESSION. We will start with a 30 minute class to warm up the body and relax the mind followed by an info session with snacks and refreshments 🙌🏼 This will be a great time to ask questions, check out the space, learn more about the schedule, payment plans/discounts + specific content we will cover in the training in addition to meeting your potential fellow yogis 🥰 .
From my heart space to yours, I am so excited to hold space with you and together learn, grow, connect, and share in this soul nourishing + transformational experience. I embarked on my own yoga teacher training journey back in 2014 and it was absolutely one of the most amazing experiences in mind, body and spirit that has forever changed my life. Not only did I strengthen and develop a personal yoga + meditation practice, but this experience helped me to connect to myself on a much deeper level and at the same time connected me with so many wonderful people who are now life long friends 🥰
