I want to start off by saying thank you. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU for all of your support over the last 7 years. Without y’all, Haute Sugar Co. would be nothing but a sweet daydream. Can you believe it all started with myself a, massive bag of sugar, a cotton candy machine from Amazon and a wild idea? I still can’t.

My wildest dreams took me on a whirlwind adventure I could never have imagined! I hustled my way into the wedding industry, making waves on the Central Coast and beyond. Before I knew it, my dream client Google came calling, and then I was floored when Marc Jacobs tapped me for a gig in the Big Apple. Did that really happen, or am I living in a dream? Somebody pinch me!

Haute Sugar Co. has been a defining experience in my life. It has taught me the value of perseverance, dreaming, self-belief, hard work, and never giving up. Above all, it has shown me that I have the power to create the business and life of my dreams. My journey with HSC has led me to where I am today, with a fulfilling personal and professional partnership with Joshua James, as well as two beautiful little girls.
Thanks to my dazzling startup, I've got a posse of friends for eternity that I'll treasure forever. You sweethearts know who you are, and I heart you to candy land and back!

Josh and I still have colossal dreams for Haute Sugar Co. We are so excited to see where this next chapter takes us, and of course we will bring y’all along on the journey when the time comes.

As for now, our catering adventure in San Luis Obispo has come to an end, but we're leaving on a sweet note! We're thrilled to pass the ice cream catering baton to our amazing friends at , who have been churning out our famous scoops for the past couple years. As for our cotton candy carts, they're all packed up and headed to Nashville, TN to start a new adventure with us. As for now, we have no plans to hop back into the catering game.

SO Hauties, this is NOT goodbye.. this is ‘we will see you later’, in Nashville and in a BIG WAY. Until then, stay sweet.
