It's also important that they are microchipped with current information. An event where there are crowds, noise, and excitement can cause stress in a pet, and cause them to bolt. Additionally, while animals instinctively know not to look at the sun, it may be best practice to leave your beloved buddy indoors; seeing you looking up at the sky could entice your pet to do the same. Please protect your own eyesight if you're going to view today's phenomenon and safely enjoy!
