We are proud to be a part of the Emilia-Romagna Dinner Series, where 20% of the proceeds from our Homemade Ricotta Cavatelli will be donated to farmers in the region for the next week.
Join us in support of Emilia-Romagna, Italy’s most bountiful agricultural region that was recently devastated by “once in a century” floods. As part of the series, local restaurants have stepped up to host a curated dining experience or dish at their individual locations, benefiting farmers in the region through the disaster relief fund.
