Excited to now be represented by Red Door Gallery! Looking forward to great things to come!!!
April was a crazy but good month. I never made it to the art show in Atlanta. We turned around and came back for the birth of a new grandbaby (Details later). We also closed a business and cleaned out a warehouse that was totally overwhelming. Im glad to have a week coming up to catch my breath a refocus. In all the craziness God has been so faithful and so good. I’m so thankful that God is always present and making things work for our good. Soli Deo Gloria!
I’ve posted some of my favorite recent paintings. Looking forward to seeing where they find their new home at.
Isn’t she lovely? And to think I almost painted over her🤦🏻♀️. A good life lesson! God promises to fulfill his calling in you…to finish what he has started. ”being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.“
Philippians 1:6
It might seem like God is done…life is silent and you’ve been sat on the bench. The truth is you never know when he’s going to call you up out of the dark…off the bench!
Don’t get too comfortable…too complacent. Instead be ready in and out of season! It is in the silent dormant times that God is stirring things up preparing you for just the right time!!! God’s NOT DONE with you!
Rise up! Stand tall! Be ready!!!
Lean into The Light!
“For God, who said, “Let light shine out of darkness,” made his light shine in our hearts to give us the light of the knowledge of God’s glory displayed in the face of Christ.“
2 Corinthians 4:6
36x36 Acrylic original painting. “Lean Into The Light”
She’s 24x36 and full of attitude! I just love painting dramatic pieces🥰🥰🥰
A few new pieces created over the past few weeks.
Happy Friday! I created this piece about a year ago and decided to bring it back out, add a little texture, and share it again.

She found a new home at the Trinity School Spotlight on Art show!!!
I propped her up on my mantle the week before I delivered her to the show and almost kept her for myself🤦🏻♀️. Sometimes letting your creations go is hard but at the same time there is great joy in sharing and knowing she will bless someone else and find her perfect place in their home❤️❤️.
Thank you for a perfect show. It was an honor to be with you this year.
Excited to have these pieces + at the Trinity School Spotlight on Art this year. The Show starts tomorrow and it is filled with beautiful art from so many talented artist! Don’t miss it!!!

“Then your light will break forth like the dawn, and your healing will quickly appear; then your righteousness will go before you, and the glory of the Lord will be your rear guard. Then you will call, and the Lord will answer; you will cry for help, and he will say: Here am I. “
Isaiah 58:8-9

“Let Your Light Break Forth”

So many crazy things going on today but slap in the middle of it all are some beautiful miracles. Don’t miss them!
“I would have lost heart, unless I had believed that I would see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living.” Trust, believe, look for God…his goodness is prevailing!
Made a change today…
I posted this on my home page yesterday but today I made a slight change. When I walked into the art studio I immediately said I need to make that one section blue instead of black. You never know what tomorrow might hold😉😉🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️.
She’s 48x60 but I haven’t named her. Zoom in she’s got lots of interesting elements.
This piece has been lost at sea. It started off as an abstract and has traveled its way through many changes. Sometimes you just need to come back to a piece with fresh perspective.
“Lost At Sea”
30x40 Available
I think there is many stories behind this piece. I love how she turned out.
This piece is hanging in my guest bedroom. I love the way it’s warmed up the room. It’s ok to go big in a small room. It brings in a style of grandeur…which I love❤️
This is a 48x48 in Acrylic done with pallet knife.
I’d love to paint one for you…pm me for more info.
Yesterday while working in the studio I knocked over a full bottle of ink. Fortunately I had several pieces of paper that I’d already gessod so I dabbed them in the ink and then created these pieces. I always say the best creativity comes when you have to be resourceful. You’re forced to think outside your box. You know…like when the world gives you lemons and you make lemonade or in my case when you give yourself lemons and you make lemonade🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️😭😭.

36x48 The perfect size!
Trying to decide if she’s a keeper or if I keep going…..
I’m gonna confess…I’m kinda loving this piece❤️❤️ I just love how it came together.
Isn’t it great when things just come together? It’s like you know it’s a God thing. There’s no way you can explain it…the steps were just God ordained. The timing was all God orchestrated. You can’t take credit for the end result. You just have to stand back and give God all the glory!!! I love it when that happens in life❤️🙏🏼
