⚡️This project started with the demolition of the entire 7th floor.

⚡️Three different companies were located there. They had different electrical and water meters, independent air conditioning systems, and two bathrooms which they share. All were professionally removed according to NYC protocols.

👌The final set of drawings were modified a bit after demolition due to some wall hidden pipes and floor imperfections. Our architect visited the site and made all the necessary corrections. The landlord was extremely helpful and cooperative, so all mechanical complications were resolved successfully.

✔️We combined all meters and provided a new air conditioning system with a ten-year warranty.

Before the project, the doctor occupied the third floor in the same building and inspected the job site near daily. It helped to avoid mistakes and coordinate equipment installation and simplified the moving process.

👌The Interior Design package provided by our talented team made the space incredibly beautiful. We specified furniture and accessories, but most importantly we took part in the design and configuration of the display equipment. The reception desk‘s counter is made of unique white transparent marble, which we found at a local natural stone supplier.

✔️The doctor decided to use the front wall logo, which we made for his business cards and website. Ophthalmologists and optometrists who work there are very happy to work in such a gorgeous environment. It helped their productivity drastically.

🔥After the project was completed, the doctor wanted us to install additional lighting in the main waiting area. Since we always follow up to ensure our client’s satisfaction, we came and installed it.

🔸We completely understand acoustical questions you might have, challenges of medical equipment lay out and all related accessories, modern LED lighting controls including dimming and censors, flooring texture and possible slippery risk, interior hardware and decorative materials etc.

👌This medical facility is located in a gorgeous two-century-old landmark building.

🔥We renovated this dental office within ten days. We worked every day two shifts. A precise schedule of material delivery and equipment installation is the key to success. We covered popcorn texture walls with thin sheetrock to eliminate all imperfections. We replaced all cabinets and doors, including the backyard access heavy-duty metal “grandfather” door. We completely redesigned the lab and sterilization area by adding new counters and new top cabinets.

✨We redesigned the reception desk and the doctor loved our approach. The grey color marble counter makes it unique and remarkably beautiful. Three-dimensional white marble tile for the fireplace and back wall creates an exceptionally warm atmosphere.

When the doctor came back from vacation, he did not recognize his office. The owner of the building called it “professional and well-coordinated design.” He was amazed by the fact that it was done in ten days.
