2 projects complete out here in Washington Harbor.

Repaired drywall, trimmed out an access door in wall, moved and elongated attic access, new baseboard and shoe molding, 2 coats of paint on everything.

Also moved dryer piping to a new location and installed a new outtake for that.

Its been a long but productive day, especially for a Monday...

Forgot to post these up Saturday, made a bit progress working solo for a few hours. Hopefully will have this portion of the project wrapped up today and moving on to the next.

Bit of progress on current project. Doesnt look like much but theres a lot going on here. Fixing up this laundry room is the first priority. Drywall repair, a magnetic latch access panel, customer also requested we move her attic access and widen it a bit, allowing for easier access and also giving room for new cabintry above appliances. Also cant see but new casing will also be installed around door entry along with new baseboards..... We also have to run a new drier line to a new location because the current one is 20+ ft and not doing much by way of allowing clothes to dry properly. Coming soon we also have a full bathroom to drywall, trim ouy and paint.

Been awhile since we last shared any work but rest assured, we're still out here! Ongoing project in Washington Harbor for a repeat customer. 👇

Another one in the books!!! Customer was pleased and even asked for a quote to do the house ♥️ 14 hours start to finish, 2 men.... Kinda impressed myself 💪😅

J channel and siding just about finished up... Next is soffit and fascia. And that'll be a wrap!!! ♥️💪

Customer provided materials and said we need it done.... Well I gotcha!!

Another happy customer.

Swept it down...
Sanded all the rust....
Swept it down again...
Primed all the rust...
Sealed all pipe flanges...
Brushed all the edges...
And two coats of elastomeric roof coating....

Started at 9:00 a.m. finished at 4:00 p.m.

Now I feel like a scortched wet sock I'm going to go rest and enjoy the remainder of my evening.

Elastomeric roof coating action today.... Its already hot but 🤷💵.... Follow up photos later today, stay tuned!

Another project down!!!

Full rundown:
*Drywall compound all new drywall that was previously installed.
*Sanded and primed
*Installed new baseboards and shoe molding where needed
*Fixed flooring in front of new shower
*2 coats of Oil Enamel on said flooring to provide waterproof landing for shower
*Repaired any issues with existing wall damage ie. *Holes or deleted electrical boxes
*Ceilings 2 coats
*Walls 2 coats
*Trim/doors/windows 2 coats
*Stairway kickboards 2 coats
*Installed/repaired pipe enclosure downstairs for new plumbing that was installed
*Added shoe molding to dress it up
*2 coats of wall paint to blend wirh the corner
*Aaaand about 2 hours of cleaning floors so it looked like we were never there.

Shout out to Cameron Jones for giving me a hand for a few afternoons to get it done.

All in all, roughly 30 man hours.

Its been a day. Did some pier repair out in Cypress corner this morning, followed up with digging holes for fence posts out at Zion Church, and finished the day out in a fiery blaze finishing up this roof over on River Rd. Its been a hot one, and I for one am exhausted. Tomorrow I can finally put my full attention back into our project over in Greenville. Yet again, thanks to my Dad Danny Davis for help with the roof and overseeing the project.

Just a little roofing action today.... Rain caught us so gotta finish it up tomorrow. Thanks Ronald Livinlyfe Campbell for the work!!! And my father Danny Davis for managing the job while ive been busy elsewhere!!

Just another update.... Went at it hard today, ceilings are done, and managed to get some color on the walls. Probably another coat over the weekend and time for trim!!! Its coming along nicely.

Rainy day, managed to get most of the day off from the day job.... Which is awesome, more time for Davis RPHI † Roofing Painting Home Improvement † projects!!!!

Took a personal day yesterday due to over doing it the past few between my day job and my own projects.... Back at it today. Finished up trim installation and took a couple hours to get everything cleaned up, dust free and mopped so everything is ready for tomorrow's painting plans. More work keeps flooding in as well and Im here for it. Lets. Goooo.

Minor update on this solo project. 2nd course of compound was finished yesterday. Everything sanded today and started installing new baseboards. Also a small floor repair..... Tomorrow finishing out the trim work and its time for my bread and butter, PAINT!!!! 😁

Also, i'm friggin tired. Who'd have thought trying to start your own business and work for another highly established company at the same time would be so..... demanding 😏

Been a long day, longer when youre going at it solo. Got hole patches done, corner bead installed, taped seams and a 1st course done. Tired... Gonna go have a cold one and relax ✌️

New project started today.... Finishing previously installed drywall (not by me), some trim work, and then paint the closet, bathroom and bedroom and down the staircase. And the kicker... Flying solo, fun times 😎

What a morning already.... 2 + hours into rounding up tools and materials..... Starting a project up today, going to be a good time will post updates as it progresses...

Little bored so I took it upon myself to spruce up our neighborhood mailbox... Was in dire need of a face lift. Gotta contact the park owner again about some minor repairs and a second coat but it already looks 1000x better.
