Remember this? Fitting for National Donut Day!

National Doughnut Day is celebrated every year on the first Friday in June. 🍩It was created by the Salvation Army to commemorate their “Donut Lassies.” In 1917, this group of women volunteered with the Salvation Army, going to France to care for wounded soldiers. They helped boost the troops’ morale by making doughnuts.
