The approach to service and troubleshooting equipment should always be big picture. Today I had a no heat call, inducer motor was super hot and not spinning. My first thought was failed motor. But I decided to take the blower housing apart found pebbles and roof debris causing the blower wheel too seize up. Cleaned it out real good and got it working again, and saved a trip to the parts house or longer down time for the customer. Don’t be a parts changer, take a wide-narrow- wide approach to service.

Pretty happy with how this one turned out. Despite having a bad TXV in the coil from the factory. Got it changed out today, customers happy and so am I.

I’ll never pull vacuum any other way again. Two hoses, core tools, a good pump and clean oil. Pulled that baby down in about 10-15 minutes. If you’re taking hours to pull a vacuum you’re doing it wrong

Well the work truck got a major upgrade courtesy of CG1000XL! Crawling in the back of the truck is a thing of the past. Very excited to have this set up coming into summer time. Will force me to get more organized with my everyday carry items and tools.
