Stitches in Kisses
Local to Vallejo, CA we are a small arts and crafts store specializing in Amigurumi (crochet dolls).
Due to life circumstances we are moving to Redding in the next month! This will put a long delay on any orders. I will be reaching out personally if you have a pending order to refer you to someone who can complete your order, or link you to a similar completed item by another yarn artist. I will post when we are available for orders again. I apologize for any issues this may cause anyone.
There’s been a bit of delay in orders but I’m back at it! Any guesses who this is based on the completed pieces? He will be huge!
My friend asked me for a glow in the dark ghost and I just couldn’t resist making my own pattern. I debated on making it taller but thought it was just so adorable as a shorty! Right in time for Halloween, hope you love this little one as much as I do!

This adorable frog absolutely brings me back down my childhood road to the “Frog & Toad” books by Arnold Lobel. I absolutely love the reminiscent classic look on this one!

I got a request for a Totoro doll and on completion, it looked absolutely nothing like the pattern. I kept asking myself, is it me? Regardless, there’s no way I could demand payment for the doll made on the left. It looks a bit like a squirrel hit a power line and nothing like the beloved Ghibli character.
I felt I had no choice but to design my own pattern with the yarn I had (pictured on right and bottom photos).
Hope you enjoy my design under my designer business name, Mosii Designs. I’ll be releasing the pattern for sale in the near future. 😘
“Mum, Dad, Bingo, Bluey!” Hope you love this childhood classic doll as much as I do!

Which type of packaging do you prefer?
😻 Loving the classic look of this custom ordered kitty! This is a fun pattern that would look vastly different with different yarn and ribbon colors.

“This is the way.” Baby Yodas are complete and ready for their new home! Do you prefer dark or light green?

I did not plan on posting these guys until completion because let’s be honest, baby Yoda in progress looks a little goofy! That being said, I could not resist this perfect example of sizing!
Both of these were made with the same brand of yarn, the same size of yarn, the same hook size and the exact same pattern. So what’s the difference? Even though the yarn is the same size and brand, the dark green yarn is slightly thicker, making the darker green baby Yoda a tad larger. Do you see it?
This is where I address sizing. A common question is “how big will it be?” And while I can give a ballpark guess if the pattern states it, or if I’ve made it before, I can never guarantee end size.
That being said, I’m sometimes able to use a larger hook to increase the end size, depending on the pattern.
Hope this helps answer any questions about sizing! Can’t wait for you all to see these guys in their full glory on completion.
I absolutely love the colors requested on this completed bunny. I hope you do as well! 🥰

Working on this adorable bunny. 🐰
Why embroidered eyes instead of safety eyes?
While safety eyes are generally considered safe, embroidered eyes remove any risk of choking, thus making them a wonderful option for small children.
⭐️ There is currently an 8 week wait to begin new orders.
Wow! That happened fast! While you can still inquire about orders, the waitlist is currently around 9 weeks. If you need something for a birthday or holiday, please reach out early to ensure it can get done in time.
Thanks for supporting local!
Let’s talk pricing and payment- since these are common questions!
Pricing starts at $30- this would be for a simple doll, like Baby Yoda, that I already have materials and pattern for. Cost increases based on complexity, time and material cost. Blanket yarn and large dolls are much more expensive and/or time consuming than a smaller doll.
For specific requests, you would need to reach out and we would work on choosing what doll and materials you’d like, you can get a more specific quote by doing this.
Payments accepted are Venmo, Apple Pay and Cash. Pick up is in Vallejo. Items can be shipped but the cost is extra.
⭐️ We currently have a 4-6 week waitlist for new orders.
We’re back in business and so excited to be a local artist again! We can make almost any crochet doll you can dream of. See below for both old and new work.
Reach out VIA messenger to place an order, price varies, we look forward to working with you!
