Recent exterior cleaning job we did for a neighbor on the Nextdoor app! Always a pleasure helping local families.
We knocked all the algae, grime, and cobwebs off of the entire house with a House Wash service. Finished with a very detailed Window Cleaning!
House Wash: Detergent application (Sodium Hypochlorite, Surfactant, Water) applied to the siding, soffits, and eaves at a 1-2% strength. The detergent is left to dwell momentarily, targeting dirt, grime, and algae. The treated areas are then rinsed excessively. All vegetation to be pre/post rinsed as needed to avoid overspray effects.
Window Cleaning: Window screens to be removed and cleaned. Entire window frames, sills, and panes to be brushed clean using filtered deionized water through a water-fed pole. Window screens to be reinstalled.
Softwashing is a technique used to gently clean your home’s exterior. Cleaning moss, algae, and grime from your house can drastically improve curb appeal and help maintain longevity.
