What is a Postpartum Doula?
Postpartum Doulas help support families after birth. A postpartum doula can support a family really anytime after birth but usually they work with families right after birth. Their shifts are usually night shifts but can be day as well. They help with baby and around the house. They can also help with sibling care as well.

Hello,
My name is Charley Anderson and I am a Doula in training! I’m training to be certified in Birth, Postpartum and Lactation. Some may ask what a doula even is. It is someone who helps women through pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum and lactation. For childbirth, doulas will ”coach” the person giving birth and provide ways to cope with the pain. Doulas also help educate families through every step and decision through the entire process of having a baby. For postpartum, doulas help anyway they can around the house like, cooking, cleaning, dishes, laundry, infant care or even just listening and comforting the family. For Lactation, doulas are trained to help the mother breastfeed their newborn and help with any problems that may arise.
I am currently looking for clients that are due in 2023! Whether you are looking for birth care, postpartum care or lactation care I’m looking for all 3! I am also offering night services as well! Since I am still training I’m offering discounted prices! Please message or email me with any questions!
