I debated on posting this, but I want to motivate myself to continue to push for my goals, and what’s better for that then a progress picture. My son, James, was born 14 weeks early and nearly died multiple times in April 2022. It was one of the hardest years of our lives. My wife and I struggled to find faith but we continued to think positive. I started working out again to keep my mind off all the stress of having a baby in the NICU. Little did I know I was going to become obsessed and create a lifestyle change.

I started eating clean and cut all alcohol. I worked out 5-6 days a week and I started getting results. I have a long way to go but I’m motivated to reach my goals! 💪🏼 June 20th, 2023 marked 1 year since I start my fitness journey. 🔥

I have lost 20 pounds and packed on a lot of muscle. 💪🏼

James is now 14 months and a healthy little boy. We thank god everyday for our little miracle baby! 🙏🏻💙
