SCG shut off gas to this house because of a massive natural gas leak under pool patio. I abandoned the leaky gas piping leading to the park and rerouted above ground to the house. The gas company pressure tested and turned gas back on.

This customer had multiple water leaks throughout the years in above and below ground soft water loop. I replaced/rerouted all connections above and below ground that was copper. Strapped to walls and covered in sand with concrete below grade.

Found this water leak in a 3” cast-iron main drain pipe in wall behind second floor kitchen cabinets. Removed cabinets and cracked pipe, replaced pipe and installed cabinets back.
