In the season of school and sports physicals, it's important to talk about prevention. We've all heard exercise, eating right, and getting plenty of sleep is good for our health. However this is still a constant struggle for most of us. What is your biggest obstacle to creating a healthier lifestyle? This month focus on creating a solution to put your health first and start going a walk most days, skipping the snack before bed, or increase the amount of vegetables you consume. Whatever your goal may be, focus on ways to make it a reality!

Stress-it affects our whole body. Learning to manage stress is different for everyone but is vital to health. Share some healthy ways you’ve managed stress as others may benefit from doing the same. None of us are alone in this struggle, so let’s support each other.

In medicine we love to celebrate milestones, and this is a big one for the practice. Goals have been met, quality measures a success, and happiness/satisfaction of patients and the practice are soaring. It is an honor to be 365 days into private practice.
