4:30pm we have kids kickboxing for ages 7-14 ❤️
5:30pm we have our adults kickboxing class - the perfect way to get your cardio in and leave your stress on the bag.
6:45pm we have our Zumba - dancing and fitness together could there be a better mix?
All of our classes are designed for beginners and fitness enthusiasts we are here to support your fitness journey where ever you start. You are in a judgement free zone filled with people that just want to lift you up and sweat their booties off. 😊
