So, my amazing, intelligent, spirited and beautiful 13 year old daughter recently told me I was playing it too safe with the color choices on the furniture pieces I’ve been doing for Blue Skies Gallery. I tried to explain to her that I need to be careful to appeal to a broad spectrum of customers….yada yada yada (because that’s all she heard after that😁). She wasn’t having it. I realized today that she’s watching me and it’s important to show her that it’s more than ok to not always play it safe in life. So in honor of her beautiful spirit and her love of this pink/coral color I blended myself…I’m stepping outside of my comfort zone for this adorable little table. There is much more work to done here, but I’m having fun doing it!!
