I owe all of you an apology. I am very sorry.

Without excuses or details, when I opened the online store I screwed up. The results were huge delays in order fulfillment, terrible communication and generally unprofessional behavior on my part. I’m working to fix things.

To those that defended me, thank you. I’m sorry I let you down in your faith in me.

Going forward:
1. Items listed for sale will be boxed & ready to ship when listed.
2. All orders will be labelled & shipped within 48 hours.
3. New listings will be made Sunday evening as they become available.

To those that worked with me through this, thank you for your support & patience.

To those that received a dose of the crappiest customer service (complete lack of), my deepest apologies.

Making progress on the remodel, hopefully will finish with the next session in two weeks. Currently available for tank remodels in California (will travel elsewhere if you pay expenses). Also taking orders for custom aquascapes from pico to as big as you like…’scapes can be picked up in Central California, delivered or shipped!

This was one of my very favorites…I loved working with Pukani rock. I don’t think the long overhang (38 inches ) would be possible with any other rock.
