Want to figure out your hot spots in your pit and how evenly it cooks across the grates use biscuits. I normally put more on there but because of how many I had I had to space them out more. Just assure you clean your grates afterwards to remove any dough left behind. Give it an hour and check your biscuits with a toothpick to see how done they are and you will find your hot spots. And never use a wire brush on your grills…ever.
Doing the initial burn on my pit I’ll be putting it to the test this weekend going to run a brisket and a few other hard cook proteins through it to see how evenly it cooks between each grate side and front and back of the grates….hardest part of bbq…learning new equipment!

Looking into an industrial food saver, I have a few apps that will allow you to order food from me, I have learned the standards and proper way to mail food to keep it safe. I am also going to buy an oil separator so I can send the juices from the meat ordered for a dipping sauce. Keep an eye out a lot of changes to how you can order food, also I will be able to ship to the 50 states, I will have to get more clearance about other than the continental 50 states. Stop complaining already and just do something about it…and no there is no one to help or depend on….now is a test to teach yourself who you really are and just how far you can push yourself.
This adds to my last post that employers don’t truly care for their employees, your just a person who moves their product that fills their pockets nothing more nothing less

Did pork tenderloin for dinner tonight, came out juicy and very tender!

Steaks are ready to be devoured!
Steaks reverse seared and cooked to temp per request, now to top with a garlic herb finishing butter
Got a waygu roast split into two steaks, an angus steak and 3 NY Strip about to get a good reverse sear and topped with a nice finishing butter with butter boiled red and yellow potatoes for dinner with sausage on the side or mixed with the taters haven’t decided yet.
Fajita done a little different, but man it’s good! 🔥🔥
Now to turn the heat up and sear it!
I do many foods smoked, not just your normal bbq, if there’s ever a food you would like to try or dish made with smoked meats, i can do it for you!!
I also cook steaks, I can do a reverse sear where I smoke them first or I can just do a cast iron sear in butter, finished off with a topping butter of choice….I promise you’ll love them!
To eat barbecue….always willing to fire up the pit for super bowl, if anyone has anything they would like smoked for the big game let me know. My prices are very reasonable, and I enjoy what I do and I put my heart and soul into to assure the food brings a smile and a full belly!
