What is the biggest frustration for you when styling your hair?

I hope my sweet guests won’t mind me posting this.

Every time a client sits in my chair, I write a note that I either sporadically find or going looking for something that reminds me of their personality or something we discussed in their last appointment session.

I truly love what I do and I hope when guests sit in my chair and then leave their appointments that they feel relaxed and recharged.
