We recommend starting off with 1- 2 TBSP daily, no more than 4 TBSP daily.

Sea moss gel is to be kept refrigerated or frozen.

If kept refrigerated it can lasts anywhere from 1-3 weeks depending on which flavor, you choose and handling.

We find that Guava and soursop flavors have a shorter shelf life if left in the fridge, so we recommend splitting the jar, half in the refer and the other half in the freezer.

To prevent contaminating your sea moss Do not double dip, use a clean spoon every time you go into the jar.

Try not to touch up the rim or lid too much if you do use a paper towel and vinegar to wipe the rim and wash your lid as often as needed we recommend daily.
