If you can’t make it to the mountains to pick apples this fall (or to the grocery store to buy them already picked 😂) for a recipe to cook and eat then try this in your diffuser. At least you can still get the aroma! 😀

Calm the jitters and encourage relaxation.
This delightful recipe calls for:
8 oz spray bottle
1/2 tsp sea salt
10 drops of lavender
10 drops of orange
Spray in center of room while avoiding spraying heavily over hardwood floors and furniture. Enjoy! 👻
