Hello, Gateway Florist Loyal Customers!
After, believe it or not, 34 years of business, with careful consideration, we have decided it’s time to depart from our dream of owning a flower shop. It was a difficult and well thought out decision. We have met so many wonderful customers throughout the years. Your support has meant the world to us, and we will forever be grateful. Many of you have become friends and we are so proud of these friendships.

We are so happy to announce that Country Florist in Waldorf, MD owned by Bonnie Hampton Martin will be taking over this Thursday morning (August 22, 2024). Country Florist has been in business for many years. In fact, I worked there many years ago when I was going to college, I learned a great deal from the shop and my time there.
Bonnie has a great team with many experienced floral designers and I am confident they will make every effort to ensure this transition is as smooth as possible.
You can continue to call the same phone number you’ve been calling with no interruption. Our website, www.gatewayfloristinc.com will also be available without interruption. I will be working closely with Country Florist to ensure a smooth transition.
Again, I want to thank you so much for your loyalty and support throughout the years.
