HOW TO CRACK YOUR BACK...
🆓one Use a chair to crack your back. If you need to crack your back quickly at work or school, you can do so while seated. This works best if you are sitting in a chair with a short back. While seated, slide your butt toward the front edge of the chair. Then, lean back until your back is touching the back of the chair.
🆓two Lie on the floor. If you're struggling to crack your back while seated or standing, you can try doing it while lying on the floor. However, this exercise will require some more range of motion. You need to be able to grab your toes.
Tip: To do this stretch, lie on a padded or carpeted floor. Then, turn over onto your side and bring your knees in towards your chest. Then, extend your legs and grab your feet with your hands.[1] Hold this position until your back cracks, and then turn over to your other side and repeat the stretch.
🆓three Try to crack your back while standing upright. This is a fairly safe means of cracking your back, and it can be done at your convenience during the day. However, you do need some range of motion with your arms to do this stretch because you need to place both hands on the center of your back.
🆓four Use an exercise ball. An exercise ball can be a great way to stretch your back, and it may also result in some cracking as well. To start, sit on an inflated exercise ball. Then, slowly walk your feet out in front of you and lower yourself onto the exercise ball so that your back is resting over it. Allow yourself to completely relax on the ball. Slowly bend and extend your knees to move your body forward and backward over the ball, so the ball rolls over different parts of your back.
🆓five Perform a rocking stretch. This is a Pilates stretch used to loosen the muscles in the spinal column. Lie down on a mat and bring both knees to your chest, hugging them with your hands. Slowly rock forward and backward on the mat, building momentum as you go. Aim to feel each piece of your spine on the mat as you rock back and forth.

5 WAYS TO INCREASE YOUR RECOVERY TIME
1️⃣ During sleep 🛌 😴 💤 , and during the restorative phases of sleep in particular, the body releases numerous hormones, including testosterone and human growth hormone (HGH).
Let me be as clear as possible — if you don’t consistently sleep well, it doesn’t matter what else you do. So don’t even bother taking supplements or getting a massage after a night out drinking. There is virtually nothing you can do to make up for a poor night’s sleep.
2️⃣ Your body requires 🍳🍗🥗certain macronutrients (such as protein and fat) as well as micronutrients (such as vitamins and minerals) to repair and grow muscle tissue. Look into plant based protein sources.
3️⃣ Staying hydrated 💧💦💦💦and maintaining proper electrolyte levels are crucial for performance and recovery. That doesn’t mean you need to consume sugar-laden sports drinks, such as Gatorade, with every workout. My recommendation is to drink plenty of and make sure your urine looks clear — a sign that you’re properly hydrated.
4️⃣ Stretch. 👯♂️There is no law no commandment that states that you can’t stretch pre and post activity. It’s highly recommended that stretching before activity can increase your performance and stretching after activity decreases the time needed for recovery. So if that isn’t a WIN why not stretch before and after. Chirology Group provides each patient a postural corrective program which is all stretching that is comprised of the the .
5️⃣ Chiropractic care. 👨🏻⚕️Intense training often times throws the body out of alignment. Think about the spine being a series of joints, a joints whole purpose is to MOOOOVE. Manipulations Adjustments, Correction = faster recovery time.
